All Sales Are Final on Custom-Made Items
- Every piece is made to order, specifically for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or refunds for size preference, change of mind, or "didn't like it as much as expected."
Exchanges — Size or Defect Issues Only
- If there's a genuine sizing error on our end, or a manufacturing defect, message us within 3 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free exchange — no charges on your end for our mistake.
If You Still Want to Return (Outside the Above Cases)
We don't offer refunds, but if you genuinely don't want to keep your order, we can offer:
- Store credit equal to the order value (excluding shipping), valid for your next purchase
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case Item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and must reach us within 3 days of delivery

- Wrong size ordered by mistake (always check our size chart before ordering) Change of mind after delivery Normal wear and tear
